Once you come across these characters in story mode and defeat them you will then be able to play as them in the game:

Black Cat, Blade, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Iron Fist, Lizard, Rhino, Sandman, Scorpion, Venom.

Enter these codes on the helicarrier in between missions to unlock the stuff:

  • 5,000 Tokens - Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right
  • Green Goblin - Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left
  • Sandman - Right, Right, Right, Up, Down, Left
  • Venom - Left, Left, Right, Up, Down, Down
