Sizzle & Serve's graphics are clean and pretty standard for the genre, not really taking any extra advantage to show off the PSP's processor or screen. They have added a few more levels (70 total), restaurants (6) and customer types (9) are listed in the manual though the box art says 8) than are available in most downloadable versions.

New to the franchise is a multiplayer mode where two gamers, each with a PSP and the game UMD, can compete in either Highest Score, Survival or First to Serve X Customer battles. Some customers have also made reservations, so you'd better have their table ready when they arrive or they'll be truly ticked off.
Unfortunately, the PSP's controls knock down the fun and new features a few notches by mechanically increasing the difficulty. Even at $30, Sizzle & Serve is still priced a bit too high for many gamers to actually own a copy.

If you are a huge fan of the Diner Dash games and have a PSP, you might not mind paying the $10 extra for more customers, levels and a multiplayer mode. For everyone else, however, stick with the less expensive and easier to control downloadable Diner Dash games.
